イタリアのヴェネツィアに滞在中、古くなった建物の壁が幾重にも剥がれた様子がとても印象的でした。その断片を持ち帰り日常の中で静かに眺めたい...ウォールアートはそんな想いから生まれました。木製ボードに石膏や漆喰で表情を施し、部分的にガラスの端材を組み込むことで異素材対比と奥行きを生み出しました。

Fluid, writhing shapes are reflected throughout the work.

During a stay in Venice, Italy, I was deeply struck by the sight of aged building walls, layered with countless peeling surfaces.
Wanting to bring back a fragment of that impression to quietly contemplate in everyday life, this wall art was born.
Wooden boards are shaped with plaster and lime plaster, with fragments of glass partially embedded to create contrast between materials and a sense of depth.
